1 Application

The ZKS vacuum feeder is a new product developed by our coMPany on the basis of absorbing the advantages of similar products at home and abroad. It is currently the most ideal vacuum conveying equipment in China. The ZKS vacuum feeder is mainly used for automatic feeding in V type mixer, double-cone mixer, three-dimensional movement mixer and two-dimensional movement mixer. Reducing labor intensity of workers and solving the problem of dust overflow during charging, it is a preferred machine for pharmaceutical plants and food factories to obtain GMP certification and improve clean and civilized production.

2 Work principle

When the air pump rotates, the air pump produces negative pressure and forms vacuum air flow. The materials are sucked into the suction nozzle and forms material air flow. After passing through the material suction pipe, they arrive at the silo of the machine (for example, wet type mixing granulator, square cone mixer, etc.) that needs feeding. The filter will totally separate the materials and air. When the silo is fully loaded with materials, the controller will automatically cut off power, and the vacuum feeder will stop work. At the same time, the compressed air will automatically clean the filter through the pulse reverse flow valve. When the time is up or the material level sends out the feeding signal, the feeder will be started automatically and the above operations will be repeated.
