This double cone vacuum dryer adopts low-temperature vacuum drying technology, professionally designed for heat-sensitive, easily oxidized, volatile and pungent materials. It is widely applicable to pharmaceutical, chemical, food and new energy industries, and suits for drying powder, granular and crystalline materials like raw medical materials, herbal extracts, chemical intermediates and food additives.
The sealed double cone rotating structure ensures uniform drying, effectively maintains material activity and product stability, and greatly reduces raw material loss. Fully complying with GMP standards, the closed design prevents cross-contamination and guarantees production safety and hygiene. Featuring simple operation, stable performance and wide applicability, this drying equipment can meet diversified production demands, being an ideal drying solution for various industrial processing.

Utilizing PID control with Siemens proportional valves, the air temperature is adjustable from ambient to 120°C. With stable steam supply and proper steam traps, temperature stability is maintained within ±2°C of setpoint to prevent fluctuations and enhance production stability.

The automatic production and automatic cleaning formulas of the equipment support variable process control, and the process parameters of each stage can be set independently to meet the needs of customers' customized processes

The equipment adopts PLC full-automatic control. All operations can be automatically completed by setting process parameters according to user requirements. It can print all process parameters, with true and reliable original records, fully complying with GMP requirements for pharmaceutical production.
