The ZLXHS series double chamber bin cleaning machine is specially designed for the efficient cleaning and drying of stainless steel barrels, IBC bins, mixing transfer bins and other containers widely used in pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries. It can thoroughly remove residues and foreign matters from both internal and external surfaces of containers, effectively preventing cross-contamination of different materials during production.
Adopting a dual-chamber parallel design, it realizes simultaneous washing and drying to greatly improve working efficiency and save energy. The whole process is controlled by PLC with customizable cleaning and drying programs, supporting data printing to meet CGMP traceability requirements. Made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, the machine features sanitary structure, thorough cleaning, high automation and stable performance. It is an essential equipment for enterprises to meet hygienic standards and GMP certification, especially for solid preparation production in pharmaceutical industry.
