1 Application

The machine is mainly used for online cleaning of equipment in the production process of solid preparations, used together with equipment such as fluid bed machine, coating machine and wet mixing granulator. It is also suitable for the cleaning of industrial equipment such as IBC tanks in pharmaceutical, food, fine chemicals, etc. It is a cleaning equipment designed and manufactured in accordance with GMP requirements.

2 Work principle

The machine is composed of booster pump, option heat exchanger, water storage tank, control system and so on, and the various water source are pressurized by a booster pump to clean the inner surface of the device, Hot water source is generated by tap water heated by the heat exchanger. The cleaning agent is controlled by the valve to add the amount, entering to the booster pump after mixing. The cleaning procedure is set according to the process requirements. After the cleaning is completed, the compressed air is blown according to the program to dry the water in the pipeline, and the cleaned equipment is dried for future production.

3 Features

1.The equipment can be equipped with three water pipe inlets for users to select. The water outlets can be connected to tees or crosses. With convenient and easy operation, it can be used for several machines simultaneously.

2.The equipment is equipped with a cleaning nozzle that can turn for 360° and a high pressure water gun. The procedure of barrel cleaning can be completed through the operation by just one person.

3.The equipment is installed with castors at its bottom to facilitate its movement.

4.It is featured by concise structure and easy installation and disassembly.
