Designed for CIP cleaning in solid dosage production, this machine pairs seamlessly with fluidized beds, coating machines, and wet granulators. It is also ideal for industrial cleaning in the pharmaceutical, food, and fine chemical sectors, and is fully GMP-compliant.
Working principle
This machine consists of a booster pump, a heat exchanger, a water storage tank, and a control system. The booster pump pressurizes various water sources to clean the inner surfaces of the equipment. Hot water is generated by heating tap water through the heat exchanger. The dosage of the cleaning agent is controlled by valves before being mixed and fed into the booster pump.
The cleaning program is set according to process requirements. Upon completion of the cleaning cycle, compressed air is introduced as programmed to blow dry the residual water in the pipelines. Once the cleaned equipment is completely dried, it can be put back into production.
