Our mobile cleaning machine is compact, user-friendly, highly sealed, and highly versatile. Ideal for cleaning and sanitizing critical components in pharmaceutical, food, and fine chemical equipment, it is fully GMP-compliant processing equipment.
Working Principle
The booster pump provides the pressure required to deliver the mixture of cleaning liquid and water. Different water sources can be accessed by controlling their respective inlet valves through various water source interfaces. The dosage of the cleaning agent is adjusted via valves before being mixed and fed into the booster pump. Driven by the booster pump, the system generates an output flow rate based on the parameters specified in the pump's head-flow performance curve. The output flow rate varies in accordance with changes in pressure.
