The materials in the mixing bin rotate along with the gyrator and make tangential movement along the hopper walls, producing strong turning and high-speed-tangential movement and achieving the best mixing infrared safety device and the discharging butterfly valve with the mis-operation preventer to ensure safe production. 3.The materials can go through different working procedures in the same bin without the need of frequent material transferring, material charging, etc. 4.The machine effectively controls dust pollution and cross contamination, reduces loss of materials, controls material layering, optimizes production processes, and fully meets GMP requirements for medicine production. 5. Good control system sensitivity, compact machine structure and stable and reliable running.

Multi functional integration: The recirculating vacuum homogenizer emulsifier integrates functions such as mixing, dispersion, homogenization, and emulsification, and can transform two immiscible liquids (such as water and oil) into a uniformly distributed liquid dispersion system. Vacuum operation: The equipment operates in a vacuum environment, which helps to remove bubbles from the material and improve the stability and quality of the product. High shear homogenization: Through the action of high shear force, the equipment can refine the material and achieve ideal emulsification effect. The homogenization system comes with a pump function, which can shorten the discharge time without the need for additional CIP pumps. Internal and external circulation homogenization: The recirculation vacuum homogenizer is equipped with an internal and external circulation homogenizer, which enables the material to work in an internal circulation homogenization state, improves the emulsification effect, and the highest processing viscosity can reach 100PaS. Cleanliness: Adopting sanitary grade double end mechanical seals, equipped with CIP system, meeting GMP production requirements, easy to clean, and stable product quality. High degree of intelligent control: using Siemens PLC and Siemens HMI, and equipped with various sensors, it has online monitoring and self diagnostic control functions for pressure and temperature. The electrical control system adopts program control, with high degree of automation, easy operation, stability and reliability.
