Provides integrated dust removal and UV sterilization for outer packaging. It simultaneously clears surface dust and eliminates microorganisms, delivering an essential pre-treatment before material transfer.
Working Principle
The material packages are conveyed to the front end of the equipment, triggering the sensor to open the inlet door. Once the packages enter the chamber completely, the inlet door closes for dust blowing and sweeping. After the preset dust removal time is reached, the packages are conveyed to the UV sterilization zone. Upon completion of the preset sterilization time, the outlet door opens, and the packages are transported to the next station.

Important Notes
Material Compatibility: This equipment is primarily designed for PE plastic bags. Woven bags (snake skin bags) have numerous seams and wrinkles, making it difficult to thoroughly blow away dust.
Sterilization Efficacy: The effectiveness of UV sterilization is highly dependent on the exposure time.
Monitoring Limitations: The equipment can only monitor the irradiance of the UV lamps and cannot directly detect the actual sterilization effect on the outer packaging.
