Purifies material package surfaces before transfer by removing outer packaging dust and impurities. It prevents contaminants from entering clean production areas, ensuring stable cleanroom pressure and environmental cleanliness.
Working Principle
The material packages are conveyed to the front end of the equipment, triggering the sensor to open the inlet door. Once the packages enter the chamber completely, the inlet door closes for dust blowing and sweeping. After the preset dust removal time is reached, the outlet door opens, and the packages are transported to the next station.

Important Notes
Material Compatibility: This equipment is primarily designed for PE plastic bags. Woven bags have numerous seams and wrinkles, making it difficult to thoroughly blow away dust.
Dust Removal Only: This equipment only provides dust removal and purification functions and has no sterilization capabilities. If microbial sterilization of the outer packaging is required, please select the Tunnel Air Shower UV Sterilization Chamber.
