Working principle

The feed liquid is atomized into fine droplets, which instantly evaporate upon contact with hot air. Utilizing specialized modules such as inner-wall sweeping, jacket cooling, and cold-air feeding, the system precisely controls the temperature inside the drying chamber. This effectively prevents wall adhesion and heat melting for sticky, high-viscosity materials, allowing for the direct collection of dry powder.
