The machine is a process machine widely applied for solid preparation production in the pharmaceutical industry.It has such functions as mixing,drying,granalation functions etc.It is also widely used in such industries as medicine,chemical industry,food,etc.
Working principle
After purified and heated,the air sucked from the bottom of the fluid bed granulator by the induced draft fan,and then passes through the air flow distribution plate of the material silo,so that the material powder particles or wet granules under boiling and fluidizing status in the raw material container,After the granules are preheated by the purified and heated air and mixed,the adhesive solution is atomized and sprayed during granulating to make several particles agglomerate into granules containing the adhesive,Because the material are continuously dried by hot air ne moisture is the granules is evaporated,and the adhesive is blidified.This process will be caried out continuously and repetitively to form ideal and even micro-porous ball granules.The Fluid bed granulating method is a comprehensive application of spraying technology and fluidizing technology,It completes the traditional mixing,granulating and drying processes in a machine to realize one-step granulation.
