Working Principle

After the air is heated into clean hot air through the air inlet filter and heater, it enters into the air distributor at the top of the drying tower body, and the hot air enters into the drying tower body uniformly in spiral shape. The material is fed into the centrifugal sprayer or pressure nozzle at the top of the drying tower by the supply pump, and rotates or sprays into very fine mist droplets, which come into contact with the hot air in the downstream flow, and the water evaporates rapidly, and dries into the finished product in a very short period of time. The finished products are discharged from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is purified by the dust removal system and then emptied. When the dried products are easy to oxidize or have toxicity, the inactive gas medium formed by circulating nitrogen can be used to replace the commonly used air medium, in addition to the recovery of products, organic solvents can also be recovered.
