The equipment adopts PLC full-automatic control. All operations can be automatically completed by setting process parameters according to user requirements. It can print all process parameters, with true and reliable original records, fully complying with GMP requirements for pharmaceutical production.

Optional bin elevator provides smooth tablet transfer into the coating drum, eliminating height-drop impact and preventing chipping or breakage; operation is simple and reliable.

The main body of JBT-A series Single Layer Solution Mixing Tank is made of stainless steel, with a mirror-polished inner surface and a hairline/sandblasted outer surface, in compliance with GMP requirements.
