Application
This machine is mainly used for low-temperature vacuum drying of heat-sensitive materials, easily oxidized materials, and materials with strong volatility and irritating odor in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and new energy industries.It is suitable for drying powdered, granular, and crystalline materials such as raw materials, traditional Chinese medicine extracts, intermediates, food additives, and chemical powders.It can effectively maintain product stability, reduce material loss, meet GMP standards, and avoid cross-contamination during production.
Work principle

Vacuum negative pressure environment
The equipment works under continuous vacuum condition inside the sealed double cone tank, which lowers the boiling point of water and solvents, realizing low-temperature drying and avoiding damage to heat-sensitive materials.

Rotary mixing and turning
The double cone cylinder rotates slowly and continuously, making internal materials constantly flip, mix and disperse. It ensures every material particle can be evenly heated for consistent drying.

Vapor extraction and dehydration
Moisture and volatile solvent generated during drying are quickly extracted and discharged by the vacuum system, accelerating dehydration efficiency and shortening drying cycle.

Fully closed operation
The whole drying process is completed in a closed space, which effectively prevents materials from oxidation, volatilization loss and cross-contamination, and meets GMP production requirements.
Features
The inner wall of the drum is made of 304 stainless steel with a wall thickness of 6 mm. The inner surface is mirror-polished to a finish of ≤ 0.4 μm
The jacket of the equipment is made of Q235 steel with a thickness of 4 mm; the insulation shell of the drum is made of 304 stainless steel plate with a thickness of 2.5 mm, with brushed finish ≤ 0.8 μm
The frame is made of high-quality channel steel (coated with anti-corrosion material), and the frame cover is made of 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm.
Three-head vacuum filter design with static seal on the vacuum head. The drum is fully isolated from the outside to avoid contamination, in compliance with GMP requirements.
The feed inlet is a stainless steel cover, DN400; the bottom discharge outlet is a butterfly valve, DN150.
The equipment adopts on-site PLC touch screen control. The drive motor is equipped with forward, reverse and stop buttons, with variable frequency speed regulation.
Structure
Double Cone Rotating Body
Adopts integrated double-cone cylinder structure, with smooth inner and outer walls, no dead corners. The rotary design ensures full material turnover and uniform heating during operation, convenient for feeding and discharging.
Vacuum & Heating System
Equipped with professional vacuum pumping unit and jacket heating structure. The jacket can pass heating medium for indirect heating, matching vacuum environment to realize low-temperature drying.
Transmission & Driving Device
Configured with stable transmission motor and speed regulating mechanism. It drives the cone body to rotate at a constant low speed, with stable operation, low noise and long service life.
Sealing & Auxiliary Structure
Adopts high-quality sealing components to ensure excellent tightness of the whole machine and maintain stable vacuum degree. The overall structure complies with GMP standards, simple to disassemble, clean and maintain, effectively preventing cross-contamination.
