Recently, Wonsen Intelligent provided a new technology production line project for OEB4 tablets to a leading pharmaceutical company in Southeast Asia, which successfully passed the on-site FAT acceptance. This project consists of a highly sealed batching, granulation drying, mixing, tablet pressing, coating, cleaning and other systems. The design requirements are based on the OEB4 sealing level (OEL value 1-10 ug/m ³), which meets the high sealing automation production of high activity, heat sensitivity, organic solvents, hormones and other materials for users. At the same time, it complies with the EU CGMP, US FDA specifications and verification requirements.
