the Group Standards for Coating and Dry Granulation Machines Led by Wonsen have been Officially Released
On April 30, 2025, two group standards, namely the "T/CPAPE 03-2025 Pharmaceutical Coating Machine" and the "T/CPAPE 02-2025 TCM Dry Granulation Machine," led by Wonsen and jointly formulated with Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and other units, were officially released on the National Group Standard Information Platform.

The two standards were initiated in 2022 by the China Pharmaceutical Equipment Engineering Association and relevant experts. After nearly three years of development, they were drafted and revised multiple times by Wonsen. The process involved rigorous deliberations, including preliminary reviews, re-reviews, and final approvals, with participation from well-known pharmaceutical companies, universities, equipment manufacturers, and standardization research institutes across various fields. This reflects the company's technical strength in core process equipment such as coating and dry granulation and marks a milestone in the company's recent innovation and product upgrades that have gradually led to the standardization and development of the pharmaceutical equipment field.
The two standards focus on the urgent industry needs for the series, digital intelligence, and quality improvement of solid dosage form equipment. The released standards exceed the original JB industry standards in many technical indicators and testing methods and introduce several new quality and control requirements. With breakthroughs in four major areas—high-quality equipment hardware, precise implementation of process parameters, scientific and rational assessment of preparation quality, and steady improvement of preparation quality—these two group standards are set to become a guiding force for industry development and will help the biopharmaceutical industry transition from extensive production to precise intelligent manufacturing.
