1 Structure
l Vertical type equipment.
l Driving device: 1 set of motor reducer, used to drive the mixing parts.
l Equipment with multiple process ports:
1 pc exhaust port, equipped with dedustinng filter bag(located on the chamber lid)
1 pc feed port for vacuum feeder
1 pc 1 quick-opening manhole on top cover, with safety grid & proximity switch
5 pc CIP cleaning ports with 5 sets of CIP components (flush with the inner vessel).
1pc observation and cleaning door with safety door lock (Brand: IDEC), electro-mechanical interlock
1 pc chopper port on the lower cone section, complete with 1 set of high-speed chopper.
1 pc liquid feeding port, facing the chopper, interchangeable with CIP component, supplied with a plug
l 1 pc one large access door for internal cleaning and later maintenance.The door is flush with the cylinder without dead zones, with a silicone sealing gasket installed around the outer edge. The large access door is fitted with one safety door lock for safety protection
l Bottom discharging valve: DN250 pneumatic valve, with 2 CIP port
l Agitator: Consists of main shaft, paddles and teeth-shaped sine-wave;
l Blade type: Single main shaft, cantilever structure (no bottom support to reduce risk of product contamination and material buildup). Blades are fully welded to the main shaft, with sanitary-grade rounded transitions and polished at joints.
l Main shaft seal: Combined dry gas seal, PTFE sanitary lip seal + air seal
l The lower cone section of the vessel is equipped with 1 set of choppers.
l Air protection is applied to main shaft seal, chopper seal and other key points, equipped with regulating valves (Brand: AIRTAC)
l All sealing gaskets are made of silicone rubber
l Pneumatic valves are powered by compressed air with an operating pressure of 6 bar
l Transparent air tubing (for compressed air) with pneumatic control box (internal components brand: AIRTAC)
l Mounting: Lugs (mounting platform not included)
l The equipment is equipped with ear holder and installed through ear holder
l All motors are equipped with SS304 protective covers (main motor cover & chopper motor cover)
