1.1 Introduction

The V Type Blender series is a high-efficiency asymmetrical mixing equipment, suitable for blending powder or granular materials in industries such as chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, feed, ceramics, and metallurgy. This machine features a rational and simple structure, enclosed operation, and convenient feeding/discharging (manual feeding or vacuum feeding). The drum is made of stainless steel for easy cleaning, making it one of the essential equipment for enterprises. With its uniquely designed mixing drum, the machine ensures uniform blending, high efficiency, and no material residue. The overall structure is simple and easy to operate. The exterior surfaces and all material-contact parts are constructed from high-quality stainless steel, offering an aesthetically pleasing design while being easy to maintain and clean.

1.2 Working principle

The V Type Blender consists of two asymmetrical mixing drums formed by splitting a cylindrical drum at a 40-degree angle, mounted on a central shaft supported by the machine base. During operation, the drum rotate at the same speed around a common horizontal axis, causing the material to undergo continuous folding and spreading—alternating between merging and separating—resulting in thorough vertical agitation. The drums are made of stainless steel, with both inner and outer surfaces polished to ensure smoothness, minimizing material adhesion. This design guarantees mixing quality while reducing post-operation cleaning efforts.

The machine is equipped with a WPA worm gear reducer, which features a self-locking function. Electrically, it adopts energy-consuming braking, and a thermal relay provides overload protection for the motor. Mixing duration is precisely controlled by a time relay for automated operation.
