Introduaction
Our oscillating granulator is a high-performance industrial granulating machine specially developed for pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries. The equipment adopts premium stainless steel and optimized mechanical structure, with excellent corrosion resistance, operational stability and durability. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of 316L stainless steel, with surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.8 μm, which meets strict hygiene and production standards. Other structural components adopt 304 stainless steel and anti-corrosion materials, featuring smooth surface, easy cleaning and convenient maintenance.
To enhance running performance, we upgrade the modulus of rack and gear to m3.5, making the transmission more powerful and stable. The worm gear (M=6, Z=51) and rack drive shaft are designed as crankshaft structure, equipped with front and rear bearing positioning to effectively avoid eccentricity during operation. The scraper is processed from solid triangular tie steel of 316 material, featuring straight shape, anti-deformation and outstanding wear resistance. The machine applies upper splash lubrication for worm and worm wheel drive, with simple structure and convenient daily lubrication work. Overall, this granulator integrates reliable materials, mature craftsmanship and rational structural design, ensuring long-term stable operation and low failure rate.

Working Principle
Driven by the motor, the power is transmitted to the worm gear and rack transmission system. With the crankshaft structure and dual-bearing positioning, the drive shaft drives the whole machine to generate regular oscillating motion. The solid 316 scraper swings synchronously, squeezing and kneading the powder materials through the screen mesh to form uniform particles. The upgraded rack and gear ensure sufficient driving force and smooth operation without jitter or deviation. The worm and worm wheel adopt splash lubrication at the upper box body, which continuously lubricates transmission parts during operation, reducing friction and wear. The whole working process is continuous and stable, realizing efficient and standardized granulation.
