Introduction
The ZLXHS series cleaning machine is mainly used for cleaning stainless steel barrels, IBC bins and mixing transfer bins in such industries as medicine, chemical industry and food. It can effectively clean foreign matters remaining on the inner and outer surfaces of the container to avoid cross contamination of various ingredients during the production. It is an indispensable machine in enterprises. It is also a necessary machine for the GMP requirements to be met during the production process of solid preparations in pharmaceutical enterprises.
Work principle

The ZLXHS series double chamber bin cleaning machine consists of two distinct chambers within the main unit: a washing chamber and a drying chamber, which execute the cleaning and drying processes respectively. The workflow is as follows:
Loading: When a bin requires cleaning, it is pushed onto the Washing RGV. The RGV then transports the bin into the washing chamber.
Positioning: Once in position, the internal lifting mechanism raises the bin. The Washing RGV retreats to its home position, the sliding door closes, and the washing cycle starts.
Washing Process: Inside the chamber, the top rotating spray arm and the bottom spray arm simultaneously clean the bin's outer surface, while the internal cleaning device moves vertically (up and down) to clean the inner surface.
Transfer: When the drainage conductivity test meets the required standards, the washing cycle stops. The intermediate chamber door opens, and the Drying RGV moves under the bin. The lifting mechanism lowers the bin onto the Drying RGV, which then transfers it into the drying chamber.
Drying Process: Once positioned, the sliding door closes, and the drying cycle begins. The hot air unit and exhaust fan activate to continuously dry the bin.
Unloading: Upon completion of drying, the hot air unit and exhaust fan shut down. The sliding door opens, and the Drying RGV moves the bin out. After the bin is manually removed, the Drying RGV returns to its standby position inside the drying chamber.
