Working Principle & Process
l Working principle
Materials pass through the detector probe. When metal contaminants are present, the balance of probe coils is disrupted. Metal interference signals are amplified and processed to trigger immediate mechanical action.
l Working process:
1. Raw materials fall freely through the detection coil
2. The baffle activates instantly once metal impurities are detected
3. Contaminated materials are discharged through the waste outlet
