Introduction

Work principle
Equipped with a high-sensitivity load cell under the container tray, the machine realizes intelligent weight sensing and automatic two-speed filling. It completes accurate metering, automatic lifting and lowering operations according to real-time weight signals. Adopting servo motor and PLC touch screen control system, the equipment first conducts fast filling for high efficiency, and switches to slow fine filling when reaching the preset weight threshold to ensure precise target weight. The whole working process covers manual bag/tin placing, automatic container lifting, variable-speed filling, automatic stop and manual material taking, with optional pneumatic bag clamping and tin supporting devices for flexible switching between bag and tin packaging.
