Application
BGB-D Series High-efficiency Coating Machine is designed for aqueous or solvent-based film coating, sustained/controlled-release coating, droplet-pill coating and sugar coating of tablets, pills and candies. By combining tablet tumbling, spray application and drying in one cycle, it delivers a uniform final coating on every core. Both the process sequence and the in-place cleaning (CIP) system comply with GMP and FDA requirements. The unit maximizes excipient utilization and production efficiency while ensuring batch-to-batch consistency and stability, making it the preferred choice for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and confectionery applications.
Main features
The streamlined diversion plate improve the rate of finished products,reducing broken edges. The narrow upper surface of the diversion plate design improve the adhesion of excipient , saving the excipient and improving medicine quality.
The constant pressure variable peristaltic pump is used to replace the return flow. The rotation radius of the pan changes with the change of pressure, the output solution and spray volume are automatically balanced, the spray system is optimized, the blocking of the spray gun is avoided, the excipient is saved. Easy to clean without any dead corners.
It adopts the new type spray gun with even atomizing, large spraying area, adjustable direction. The nozzle is not affected by the loading volume, the anti-blocked device can ensure continuous coating, shorten coating time and save coating excipient.
