Exhibition Highlights | Wonsen Shines at the Qingdao Pharmaceutical Machinery Expo
October 16-18, 2025 - The Qingdao International Pharmaceutical Machinery Expo concluded successfully at the Qingdao World Expo City. Under the theme “Smart Manufacturing Leading the Way, Driving the Future,” Wonsen presented a systematic portfolio spanning solid-dosage integrated lines, core powder-handling equipment, continuous manufacturing technologies and digital-factory solutions, giving domestic and overseas customers a clear view of the company’s innovation strength in the deep convergence of “process–equipment–digitalization.”
The booth showcased core process machines covering the entire solid-dosage workflow: wet granulation lines, high shear mixers, roller compactors, top-drive multi-process integrated wet granulators, tablet press machines, novel coating machines, extrusion-spheronization pellet lines, etc. All units integrate the formulation know-how accumulated by Wonsen’s R&D team through long-term experimental trials, enabling the company to offer pharmaceutical enterprises and research institutes customized single machines, line solutions and process-development services tailored to specific material attributes. Also unveiled were a spray dryer and a high pressure homogenizer whose outstanding performance and innovative design drew attention from customers in pharma, food and chemical sectors. The concurrently presented digital-factory solution vividly illustrated an intelligent, integrated control path from equipment-level automation to data-driven decision-making, giving visitors a clear roadmap for upgrading their digital projects and sparking in-depth discussions.
A dedicated continuous-manufacturing zone became a magnet for visitors from around the world. In recent years Wonsen’s R&D staff have secured a large pool of proprietary IP through continuous breakthroughs in key structural designs, mechanism modelling, control algorithms and PAT technologies, building a solid foundation in this cutting-edge field.
