The moveable centrifugal sieve machine is a machine for rapid particle sieving, featuring full containment, high efficiency, low cost and low labor intensity; it has good process reproducibility, with parameterized process which is easy to control and convenient for scientific management. The parts in contact with materials and the external parts of the machine are made of high-quality stainless steel with surface polishing treatment. It is easy to disassemble and clean, free from cross-contamination, and complies with GMP requirements. The entire machine is made of stainless steel that does not chemically react with materials, with no dead corners in the container and discharge port, meeting GMP certification standards. The machine is designed with multiple safety devices, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

When materials enter the working chamber of the machine from the hopper, the rotating annular sieve mesh causes the materials to form a swirling flow. The materials perform centrifugal movement in the sieve mesh, and granules are thrown toward the sieve mesh plate under the action of centrifugal force. At the same time, the fixed sieving knife plays a role in breaking agglomerates, breaking up the materials, which are then screened through the sieve mesh holes and discharged. The finished granules are discharged instantly, with little heat generation, high efficiency and good quality. Frequency conversion speed regulation is adopted, allowing the spindle speed to be adjusted within a wide range.

• Suitable for sieving materials with each batch ≥20g.

•  Adopts modular design, enabling function switching between centrifugal sieving and cone mill machine by replacing components; can be equipped with a sealed silo to reduce dust leakage.

• The sieve mesh is made of imported 304 stainless steel, whose tensile strength and fatigue strength are 2-3 times that of national standard 316 stainless steel, resulting in low repeat purchase rate of consumables and effective cost reduction.

• The sieve mesh has a minimum opening of φ0.18mm, with high opening rate, high material passing rate, low heat generation and easy cleaning.
