Introduction
The whole machine is mounted on a movable base, mainly applied for laboratory mixing tests between different dry powders, granules, or powder and granule materials. It is an ideal lab equipment to explore optimal mixing process parameters and an advanced mechatronic experimental blender.
Work principle
The bin blender is cantilever-mounted on the rotary shaft for 360° rotation. As the symmetric axis of the bin forms an included angle with the rotation arm axis, materials inside the sealed bin move in three-dimensional space with intensive turnover and high-speed shear to achieve superior mixing uniformity.

Structure
Main components consist of frame, rotary system, mixing bin and control system. Casters are installed at machine bottom for free onsite movement. The rotary system is the core mixing unit driven by low-speed high-torque reduction motor.
