This roller compactor dry granulator adopts continuous feeding and discharging design, integrating extrusion, crushing and granulating functions to directly convert powder into qualified granules. It is especially ideal for moisture-sensitive, heat-sensitive and easy-to-caking materials. The cantilever-type press roller and horizontal feeding structure ensure simple setup and convenient disassembly. Press roller and feeder are cooled by negative pressure water circulation to avoid overheating and maintain material stability. The separated power zone and working area realize closed production, effectively preventing dust and cross-contamination. All material-contact parts are made of high-quality stainless steel, fully meeting GMP standards. With easy disassembly and cleaning, integrated automatic control, the machine delivers high flexibility, safety and stable performance. The equipment adopts PLC full-automatic control. All operations can be automatically completed by setting process parameters according to user requirements. It can print all process parameters, with true and reliable original records, fully complying with GMP requirements for pharmaceutical production.

The working area is separated from the transmission area to achieve clean and closed production from powder to granules, effectively preventing dust and cross contamination, and all parts in contact with materials are easy to disassemble and clean.

Adopting modular design, dry and wet granulation can be achieved by replacing the whole grain knife and sieve. A quantitative feeding mechanism can be configured to improve particle size consistency, and a closed silo can be configured to reduce dust leakage
