Wonsen Scholarship: Inspiring Students and Fuelling Their Dreams

(Address by Mr. Xiong Hongfeng, Chairman of Wonsen Intelligent)
Since 2023, Wonsen Intelligent and Yichun University have co-established the “Wonsen Scholarship” to encourage high-achieving students to delve deeper into their majors and strive for excellence, while also building a talent pipeline to attract outstanding graduates to the company. In 2025, to meet the enterprise’s diversified talent needs, the scholarship was extended to pharmacy students for the first time. Six outstanding students from mechanical engineering, automation, pharmacy and related fields were selected.
Chairman Xiong Hongfeng said at the ceremony, “Talent is the core engine of corporate growth. We offer not only scholarships but also a platform for growth. We look forward to more outstanding students joining Wonsen and embarking on an international, professional development journey together with us.”
PART 03
Wonsen Smart Manufacturing Class: Order-based Training, Targeted Empowerment

At the ceremony Mr. Xiong announced the official launch of the “Wonsen Smart Manufacturing Class”, marking a new stage in university–enterprise collaborative education. Targeted primarily at majors such as mechanical design and automatic control, the class adopts an “internship + employment” order-based training model. Through co-taught courses by university and enterprise lecturers, a “dual-tutor” guidance system, and hands-on internships at the company, students’ practical skills and innovative R&D capabilities will be strengthened to precisely match enterprise job requirements and help them integrate rapidly into the workplace.
Professor Liu Jianping, Dean of the School of Intelligent Manufacturing, stressed, “The ‘Wonsen Smart Manufacturing Class’ is a deepening practice of industry–education integration. The college will fully support the programme, build a benchmark for university–enterprise cooperation, and cultivate more high-quality application-oriented talents tailored to industrial needs.”
Going forward, Wonsen Intelligent will continue to deepen cooperation with universities, optimise talent cultivation and recruitment mechanisms, inject fresh momentum into corporate development, and provide students with an even broader stage for growth.
