Introduction

The ZT series Square Cone IBC Bin is suitable for the storage and transportation processes of powders, granules, and other materials. It is widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and other industries. This material bucket complies with the GMP standards of the pharmaceutical industry. It ensures that the storage of medicines is airtight, safe, and moisture-proof. Moreover, it is convenient to use and has an attractive design.

Features

1)The material bucket is made of high-quality stainless steel, with smooth welds and fine internal surface polishing.

2) The shape is square conical, and the outer wall is treated with a matte/ polished finish, giving it an attractive appearance.

3) The top cover and the lower conical part are formed by special molds, with all bends having rounded transitions and no dead corners.

4) The internal surface is finely polished, with a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.4μm.

5) The top cover is stamped from a special mold and is equipped with an “O”-ring silicone rubber sealing ring.

6) It is equipped with a stainless steel butterfly valve with a safety device, which has strong sealing properties, is waterproof, operates flexibly, and is safe and reliable.

7) It has sufficient strength, with wall thickness that meets the requirements of the loading capacity, and will not deform.

11) It can be optionally equipped with QXD Vertical Bin Cleaning Machine, ZLXHD Multifunctional Bin Cleaning Machine, or ZLXHS Double Chamber Bin Cleaning Machine for cleaning and drying operations of the material bucket.
